I can’t express just how much I loved this book. I loved being called out on my own bullshit, respectfully of course, and this really help me understand myself and the choices I make to move me towards my actual goals.

This is a great reference book to revisit while riding the wave of reconnection.

If you’re into learning the most deep parts of yourself on a scientific and biological level, read this book. As a 5:1 in human design, I’m an all or nothing kinda person. This read changed how I viewed my triggers and learned to be more self-compassionate to myself and family.

This is one of the quickest reads out of the list, but don’t let the size full you, with only 160 pages, this lays a great starting foundation for your healing journey. This will be a book you pick up multiple times to remind you of the basics.
